My 8 yo is in bed by 8:30pm and up by 6-6:30am
Both my kids (3 and 5 years old) in bed at 7pm on a weekday. Asleep by 730pm Usually the same on a weekend, but maybe 8pm if we are out late. Both awake by 6-630am, irrespective of bedtime.
I have a 14 yo and a 12 yo - we try to have them in bed by about 9pm and lights-out at 9:30. But w/ growing home-work load as the out 14 yo begins to prep for IGSCE, some nights she is up 'til past 10.
They wake up between 6 and 6:30am and out the door to school by 7:15.
We have a 4 year old and a 2 year old. Bedtime is 8:00, slightly earlier if they are tired but usually a bit after that. Bath and dinner switch--sometimes the bath first sometimes dinner first, depending on how complicated it is to make it, but by 7:30 they are usually in pajamas, run around a bit, have a story and then go to bed after that. We play a 'memory' game every night in which we talk about all the things they did that day, ending with them "putting their head on the pillow, closing their eyes, and going to sleep". After that no more talking and they fall asleep.
Usually up between 6:30 and 7:00. Youngest naps during the day, older one will nap if we have a long car ride during the day. Sometimes naps on the weekend if we run around a bit.
My almost 4 yo and 6 yo are in bed by 7.30 pm most nights (unless we've been out). My younger one has friends who often aren't in bed until 11 pm at night. I don't know how they cope.
Our kid is in bed between 7-8 normally every night and up between 6-7 in the morning normally. It would tire us out completely if he was awake later at night as we would get no time for ourselves. We never change is schedule even on holidays.
