American International School or Christian Alliance International School?

Our 5yr child got into k3/gr-junior class in these schools and we have to decide in the next 4-5 days. We have skimmed through some of the old threads on this and other forums but would like to request any latest feedback around these schools to help us:

    1. Mix of different nationalities - which one has more diversity?
    2. School environment and quality of academics
    3. In case we relocate to other regions such as Singapore, is it easier to get into AIS in SG if we are from AIS in HK?

We would really appreciate your kind advice.

    Thanks!

    1. AIS has more mix of different nationalities from US, Europe and Asian whereas majority of CAIS students are Honker with having overseas passport
    2. AIS expanded contiguous areas in Kowloon Tong in recent years with nicer classrooms, refresh more new PC facilities and bigger playground / sport area. The school is focus more in science and Math subjects and 99% of high school students got university offer last year and some got offers from well known universities in US, Canada and UK. CAIS has better Chinese language program but not sure the public exam result as no disclosure in public. Their new campus of CAIS in Lai Chi Kok may probably be delayed to launch for few more years.

My children have ben going to the American International School for almost years and we like it lot. I don't know anything about the other school but I can tell you about AIS

    1. The students are from many different countries and they all get along good
    2. Everyone is very friendly and the academic quality is high
    3. They have good programs so you're kids should be able to get in to any other school if you have to move

I hope this helps you choose AIS. You will like it!
