Nord Anglia, Delia School of Canada, or Hong Lok Yuen/ICHK

We are looking at moving to HK this summer. We are trying to look realistically at a descent school we can get our daughter into (year 6). We can live anywhere and will make that decision based on the school they get into. We want a school that will ideally give them a good education, will be fun, and have ok facilities. Right now the top realistic choices in our mind are Nord Anglia, Delia School of Canada, or Hong Lok Yuen/ICHK . Just looking for any general feedback on what peoples general thoughts are on these schools and how they compare. our preferred schools are HKIS, Harrow, American International, but what is the chance for us?Thanks!

Since no one has replied to you, I thought I'd offer a little bit of advice.

    1. If you have a FB account, join the group, Hong Kong Schools. It has much more "action" than this particular page and you will get information on many schools. It is administered by Ruth Benny who runs TopSchools and is a consultant that helps parents find schools for their children.

    2. Don't think some schools are out of reach for you even at this late date. When we moved to HK 5 years ago, we didn't submit applications until mid-May and our children had places for that August. We also switched schools last year for our kids to HKIS and didn't apply until April and our son was granted admission for grade 9.

    Best of luck.
