Any English speaking school on hk island?

I am looking for an english speaking school for my nephew who is currently studying in p1. I dont want international school and i cant afford the school fee and i want him to study chinese as a single subject.

Any suggestions? in desperate need as i could not find one last year as well. i dont prefer Po Kok and Lee Sing as i heard soething negativ abt them.
