Sorry have nothing positive to say about Kennedy. We were there for a few years and it deteriorated every year. Poor leadership, lack of transparency, very little communication etc etc.
We had a much better experience at another ESF school, and the problems are not ESF-wide
Hope you have a backup school.

Oh really? I just applied ESF and ISF only.
Think the experience can be different for different kids/parents/classes and depends on expectations too. We've been at Kennedy for a few years and think its great. Not perfect but it suits us, and I know many (most in fact) families we know are happy there. Not experienced any issues with leadership or communication, and in fact have felt that the various 'issues' that have occurred over the years have been dealt with effectively and efficiently by staff/teachers - just our experience.
There has been some movement in the management team and with the departure of the current principal (10 years+ at Kennedy) next year there could be change. If you had the interview, you should get a place all going well.
Starting to panic cause there is no letter in my mailbox.
All ESF letters should be out by now so if you haven't received any letter yet, it may be worth ringing up your catchment school's admission office to check. I know a friend whose offer letter from ESF last year was mailed to the wrong address and she never got it.
Received a rejection letter from ESF yesterday.
