Hello, does anyone know which esf kindy has a higher chance for cat2 to get into an esf primary?

None.
ESF primary acceptance is all dependent on the vacancies that is available in each primary school after Cat 1 places have been taken. This year, even sibling priority of Cat. 2 already in ESF had to take a back seat at some schools. In fact, on their website, they (ESF kindergartens) have specified that they no longer guarantee an interview spot. So you can imagine how competitive the coming years will be.
